2021年，成都交响乐团建成拥有独立建制、厅团合一的职业乐团，立足成都交响乐团驻团音乐厅，联袂成都城市音乐厅、四川大剧院、天府云端音乐厅等一流音乐演绎场馆，为历史悠久、文化厚重、旋律氤氲的锦绣天府奏响最铿锵舒展的乐章，为成都“三城三都”的美好愿景，贡献灵动而磅礴的音乐力量！

Chengdu is an open, inclusive, fashionable and innovative megacity in western China. It is also a park city endowed with a special character and ethos thanks to its endeavor to turn itself into a “Music City of the World”. Since its inception in 1969, Chengdu Symphony Orchestra has cherished the values of inclusiveness, excellence, and commitment, and strived to build a music palace that brings together Chinese and Western artists and suits both refined and popular tastes. It aspires to strike a chord with the general public about our times and beyond.

In 2021, Chengdu Symphony Orchestra established as an independent organization with its own concert hall. In addition to Chengdu Symphony Orchestra Concert Hall, it will join hands with other top performance venues, such as Chengdu City Concert Hall, Sichuan Theater, and Tianfu Cloud Concert Hall, to present the most awe-inspiring and mind-refreshing performances of music for Sichuan Province, which is well-known for its long history, profound culture and music traditions. By doing so, it also aims to help Chengdu translate its beautiful vision of extending its international influence on six fronts into reality!

Here, we offer a stage by the Jinjiang River and at the foot of snow mountains to people with exceptional musical talent. Come and join the dynamic, enterprising and welcoming Chengdu Symphony Orchestra. Together we will talk to the world and shape a better future using the language of music！

招聘范围及应聘人员基本条件

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

● 面向全球，不限国籍、地域、性别、年龄

Open to applicants from around the world; no restrictions on nationality, region, gender or age

 

● 应聘演奏员须具备各专业音乐院校本科及以上学历，或相当于本科毕业及以上演奏水平

Applicants for tuttis shall have a bachelor’s degree or above from a professional music college, or equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or above in performance skills

 

● 身体健康，无不良记录

With good health; no criminal record

 

● 不接受兼职人员报考

Part-time applicants are not accepted

 

● 通过面试择优录取

Audition is required.

 

 

 

薪酬待遇

REMUNERATION

1、工资待遇 Salary

演奏员均按其席位确定薪资，待遇丰厚。（薪资构成：基本工资+岗位工资+演出绩效+年终绩效）

The salary rank of performers is determined according to their seats and enjoy the salary with market competitiveness. （Salary composition: basic salary + position salary + performance-based bonus + year-end bonus)

 

演奏员年薪15万人民币起（税前），根据席位不同递增。

Performer's salary starts at 150,000 RMB per year (before tax), with increments depending on the seat.

 

2、社保 Social insurance

按照国家有关政策，为员工缴纳社会保险。（五险一金）

Social insurance program (five types of insurance and housing fund) will be offered to employees in accordance with relevant national policies.

 

3、录用制度 Contract

乐团与受聘人签订劳动合同。

The Orchestra will sign labor contracts with the employees.

 

入团后，表现优异者可申请考核入编。

Excellent employees can apply for assessment of permanent staff after joining the orchestra.
