天津茱莉亚学院将在大学预科部开设古典声乐和古典吉他两个新专业，继续践行其在国内开设独有的综合性合奏艺术课程的承诺。预科课程特别为学生设计了沉浸式的教学环境及成长体验，为他们提供一流的技术和艺术素养训练，帮助这些天赋异禀、才华横溢的音乐学子成长为杰出的年轻艺术家。古典声乐和古典吉他专业的同学将分别跟随女中音歌唱家韩音培和古典吉他演奏家匡俊宏学习。他们将助力下一代音乐学子精进技艺、拓宽眼界，使其获得长足的进步与发展。

 

The Tianjin Juilliard School has recently announced the launch of two new majors: classical voice and classical guitar, to strengthen its commitment to offer comprehensive and collaborative music programs that are unique in China. Beyond providing outstanding technical and artistic training to talented Pre-College musicians, the programs are designed to immerse the students in an enriching and supportive environment to help them blossom into exceptional young artists. Voice and guitar majors will study respectively with mezzo-soprano Yinpei Han and classical guitarist Junhong Kuang. They are committed to providing the next generation with the training and mentorship needed for long-term success.

 

 

 

No.1 申请人条件

Eligibility

 

古典吉他专业申请者的年龄在入学时须在8-18岁之间。

古典声乐专业的申请者入学时年龄需达到14岁（可放宽至秋季学期期末）。

原则上我们不接收正在就读高中三年级或中学十二年级学生的申请。若高三/十二年级在读学生计划于高中毕业和就读大学之间间隔一年，则仍可以申请，我们会根据具体情况考虑录取（“间隔年”的学生在入学时，年龄可以在18-19岁之间）。

 

Guitar applicants should be 8-18 years-old at the time of entrance.

Voice applicants must turn 14 by the end of the fall semester after matriculation.

If you are applying during your final year of high school and plan to attend a full-time collegiate program after graduation, you are ineligible to apply. Students applying in their final year of high school who have decided to take a “gap-year” between high school graduation and entrance into a full-time college may be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis (a student in this “gap-year” situation may be 18-19 years old during enrollment).

Application Information

 

在线申请于2022年4月30日开放，截止日期为2022年5月30日。所有申请人均须在申请过程中提交预筛选演奏或演唱视频。预筛选材料将交由招生委员会审阅，并以此决定参加现场面试的人选。通过预筛选的申请人将受邀参加2022年6月19日在天津茱莉亚校园举行的现场面试。预科申请费为人民币770元，且费用不予退还，申请费须在提交申请时通过申请状态页面进行支付。

Application opens on April 30, and the deadline to submit your application is May 30, 2022. All applicants must submit pre-screening videos with their application. These recordings are reviewed by the admissions committee to determine which applicants will be invited to a live audition. Applicants who pass the pre-screening will be invited to attend a live audition on June 19 on our Tianjin campus. The 770 RMB application fee is nonrefundable and must be paid through your application status page upon submission of your application.

Consultative Lessons

 

咨询课程让有意向报考天津茱莉亚大学预科的学生有机会与学院的教师见面和交流。学生可通过该课程了解教师的个人风格和教学方式。咨询课程不是强制性课程，也不会对申请结果有任何影响。如有意申请咨询课程，请联系招生办公室了解更多详情。

 

Consultative lessons give prospective students the opportunity to meet and work with Tianjin Juilliard faculty during the admissions process. Consultative lessons should be viewed as a way for students to learn about a teacher’s style and pedagogical approach; they are not mandatory, and do not influence admission. Please contact the Office of Admissions to request a consultative lesson.
